One item I have been obsessing about lately is the new Remington shine therapy hair dryer.
I have to admit, I initially seen it on tv and thought it may be worth looking it up.
Despite being in a bit of a costly price range, it doesn’t fail to deliver good – even great results.
What makes this Remington hair dryer special is the Vitamin cartridge which blows a mist of natural vitamins and avocado into your hair, thus making it ultra smooth.
Yes, the cartridges will eventually need refilling but you can use the hair dryer without them as well. Another downside would be the size of the Remington dryer. It seems rather enormous and doesn’t make for a very good travel companion.
So all in all, this makes for a really good Christmas present.
I, like so many other people out there, have tried various different diets and approaches to lose weight over the years. From Atkinson to Cabbage soup.
Sure, all these programs and diet plans had something going for them. Something that would initially sound like it could actually result in success but halfway along, the enthusiasm fades and you’re back to square one.
Most people would say that a healthy lifestyle and exercise are the best way to go about which is true.
The body adapts best to slow changes; reducing the amount of calories gradually and increasing the exercise seems to work better than any trendy diet.
So who doesn’t want that perfect body every Hollywood actress flaunts in the latest flick… but some are going to extreme length it seems to achieve more than perfection and that’s when it turns nasty.
I personally think that whilst strong women are to be admired, those who are becoming obsessed do seem to have some serious issues.
It’s all well and good to have nice abs but a picture like this makes me wonder…
German photographer Martin Schoeller published a new book portraying "strong" women in contrast to their vulnerability. Some might think, what vulnerability?
His book "Female Bodybuilders," is available on merchants such as Amazon.
