Diet pills are not for me. There are countless of brands that promise quick weight loss without having to starve yourself.
The safest option is not to rely on pills at all. However, there are some exception that seem quite promising: Lipobind is one of them.
One of the major bonuses here seems that Lipobind contains no harmful substances and is clinically proven to lower cholesterol.
LIPObind is a natural supplement made from dried cactus extract that helps reduce the amount of fat our body absorbs from the food we eat. In clinical trials it has been shown to remove up to 27% of undigested fats from a standard meal.
Removing fat from food: Taken after food LIPObind attaches to the fat you’ve eaten to create a fat-fibre complex that is then passed out of the body naturally and easily.
This is one of the very few supplements I’m willing to try. For more information simply google Lipobind or check out the official page.
I love video make up tutorials. The best source would certainly have to be YouTube.
Since a gal needs variety, I’ve recently stocked up on my make up supplies. One of the best purchases I have made lately was the 120 Pro palette off eBay. 120 eye shadows in a nifty box for a few quid.
This was definitely worth it as a lot of looks can easily be recreated using this palette. Love it.
Over time, constant hair dying can damage your hair. Even though new formulas promise to take good care of your hair, they still contain harsh chemicals you could do without.
Unfortunately it seems that if you want a professional looking result, you pretty much have no choice but to buy a hair dye product such as Garnier’s nutrisse.
If you don’t want a big difference, henna and indigo powder is a good alternative.
Having tried Henna powder myself, I must say while the application was rather messy, the result was reasonably good. There wasn’t a lot of difference but my hair had a nice shine to it.
While winter isn’t my favourite time of the year, I was actually looking forward to pull out all the chunky knitwear.
This is definitely looking pretty and not just in 2008. Chunky knits are my favourite winter essentials to stay comfy and warm in freezing temperatures.
The only downside is the massive amount of space a few chunky pieces fill up but who care when you’re all cozy and warm.
I grew up with plenty of snow in winter and riding a sleigh just has to be one of these top fun things to do.
I would have killed to own one of these: The concept snowmobile from Dominic Shindler is a monster of a “sleigh”. It has big, wide tracks at the front and skis in the rear.
Looks like you would be able to flatten just about anything that gets in your way!
As the winter arrived, everybody’s turned up their heating. The cold season usually equals very dry skin for lots of people, including me.
One of the best moisturising lotions I have ever encountered is Garnier’s Body Repair restoring moisturiser with maple syrup. Retails at around £4.19 and well worth it.
Suffering from chronic sinus infections is anything but nice. Most of the time there really isn’t much one can day except for taking antibiotics and similar stuff.
I have found herbal remedies seldom useful but have to admit, this sinus infection busting recipe does help to a certain degree.
Take a bowl of hot water, add 2 drops of each: tea tree oil, eucalyptus oil and peppermint oil. Throw a towel over your head and inhale the steam for 15-20 minutes.
Repeat two to three times a day and should feel a relief.
A lot of people struggle with their weight. It’s fair to say that most people nowadays are overweight and some even dangerously obese.
The main factor behind this phenomena is usually a poor diet, other may suffer from an illness which makes them pile on the pounds.
Either way, it isn’t very nice nor healthy. The best thing to do is usually sticking to a healthy lifestyle and exercising regime.
However it doesn’t always work that way. I think we all know how difficult diets can be to follow and for people who are at serious risk, lap band weight loss would be a good option to consider.
The lap band is an adjustable band that wraps around the upper part of your stomach, thus making you feel less hungry and fuller for long.
This surgical procedure has become fairly simple and the success stories practically say it all. It is also more affordable than most people think.
Of course it is always crucial to advise with your doctor before undergoing any procedure.
It doesn’t ALWAYS take an iron. My hair is naturally slightly frizzy and my ends are dry. This is incredibly annoying when trying to style it. I love having it sleek, smooth and straight.
I’m not particularly good at styling my hair and actually haven’t got a clue how to properly achieve straight hair.
As I’ve mentioned before, YouTube is probably the first place I usually look for tutorials and there are definitely some videos that helped me a lot.
YouTube has become one of my favourites. Especially for make up tutorials. The enormous amount of how-to video clips is extremely useful as you usually find everything you are looking for.
One of the most popular YouTubers to create amazing content is panacea81 - if you get the chance, check out her YouTube channel for lots of cool make up tutorials.
